Recipe: Carrot,Chicken and Barley Soup
Recently, I’ve been craving soup every day for about the past month. My passion.
I absolutely love the French language. For me, as an English person it is the most beautiful, romantic language in the world! I am blessed to be able to speak it( though not fluently) I just wish that everyone could enjoy this beautiful language as much as I do!

Recipe: Vietnamese Emperor Prawn Salad

10 Years On - Never Forgotten.
My heart and my thoughts are with every single innocent human being who was afftected by the terrorist attacks that took place exactly 10 years ago today. Especially those who perished, the families of the victims and the brave men and women of the emergency services who did everything they could which for many, meant sacrificing their own lives to help others.
